June 30 - Application Must be Postmarked No Later Than This Date. Entering Freshman Applicant Must Include OFFICIAL High School Transcripts (May Be Incomplete). Sophomore, Junior, Senior and Graduate Applicants Continuing in Program, Must Include Previous (Latest) Semester's Transcript.

June 30 - Transcripts For Ending Semester Must be Postmarked No Later Than This Date

August 1-15 - Board of Trustees Meet to Award Grants for Upcoming Scholastic Year

Mid-August - First Half of Grant Monies Mailed to Recipients for Fall Semester

January 31 - Transcripts for Ending Semester Must be Postmarked No Later Than This Date

First Week of February - Second Half of Grant Monies Mailed to Recipients for Spring Semester (Transcripts Must Be Received by Trustees)
